related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to

be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You may also be asked to agree to additional terms (e.g., during checkout or for

specific features). Those terms will supplement these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

3) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss (if you sell/ship

goods)

Bleazy Universe trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws.

Except as permitted by law, you may not use our IP without prior written permission.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS

IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE

DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY,

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee

uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of information, or that the Services are free of

harmful components.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR

ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE

DAMAGES; OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; ARISING

OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN

IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY

CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR

SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE [12 months] BEFORE THE EVENT.
